• A silver ring with a brown gemstone on a raw wood surface. The ring is set with a short rectangular stone in a shade of tan brown with darker streaks running through it giving the impression of hills / dunes and a sky. The stone is wrapped in a highly polished silver bezel and on the shoulders of the ring are stamp half-round domes resembling rays which radiate out from the stone.

Landscape jaspers are one of my favourite stones for a ring - it's like wearing a little framed painting on your finger!

This glossy cushion cut stone in muted shades of tan and sienna was mined in the Owyhee mountains on the border of Oregon, so it felt right to add a little southwestern detail. 

I've added two hand-stamped oxidised decorations to the shoulders of the ring, but kept the rest of the design pared back to let the stone shine.

100% recycled silver - sterling (925) and fine (999)

Traceable Natural Cripple Creek Jasper - mined in the USA and cut in the UK

The set stone element (excluding the stamped detail) measures approx. 15mm wide x 18mm high

Set on a 4mm half round band.
