It's very important to me to work as sustainably as possible, and this means creating jewellery that lasts and looks good for years, not months.

With appropriate care that is exactly what Wild & Sapphire jewellery should do - I am meticulous about the quality of the work that I send out of my studio, and I always design & create with strength and longevity in mind.

At the same time, I recognise that purchasing something as precious & meaningful as jewellery is an act of trust, and a little extra peace of mind is never a bad thing.

So in the exceptionally rare event your jewellery breaks as a result of my craftsmanship, or is otherwise unfit for purpose, I offer a guarantee.

If you ever have any problems, regardless of fault or how long you have owned it, please just get in touch. I will always do my best to help.

Exclusions to Guarantee:

・accidental or intentional damage, improper care, or normal wear & tear

・if there have been any attempts by you or another to fix or alter it

・sizing issues unless I have advised you personally

・tiny signs of making - whether imperfections or irregularities - that are to be expected on an authentically handmade piece of jewellery. If these exist, they will be barely perceptible, and will never affect the quality, look or durability of a piece.

· allergies or reactions - all materials are clearly detailed throughout this website. You are responsible for ensuring you are not sensitive to these before you order or wear a piece.
