Ring Sizing

Ring Sizing

I work to UK ring sizes. These run alphabetically - A to Z+6 and include half sizes.

Returns are not accepted on bespoke rings so it is important to get this right when ordering a made to order piece.

Firstly, please don't use string, paper or the plastic sizers that look like little belts as these will not give an accurate measurement.

Instead, it's best to visit a professional jeweller and have your finger measured. A high street chain is fine.

You can also refer to the size of another ring you own as long as it has come from an authentic and reputable jewellery maker, and has not significantly worn down over time.

As a last resort, I have a ring gauge I can lend to you for a fee of £10 to cover admin, postage & sanitising once returned.

A £20 returnable deposit will also be required. Please contact me to arrange this (wait list may apply).

Good to Know:

If the design you'd like to purchase is significantly thinner or thicker than the gauge you used to measure your finger, then size down or up by half a size respectively.

Your fingers on your left and right hand may be different (usually the fingers on your dominant hand are a little bigger) so measure both hands, don't assume they're the same.

Your fingers will swell and shrink according to heat, hormones, and hydration. Please bear this in mind when measuring.
